On Friday, June 16, 2017, The CMS has lifted sanctions it levied on Cigna Corp. in January 2016 after finding major problems with the health insurer's Medicare Advantage plans.  Cigna-HealthSpring announced that they will be resuming marketing and enrollment of new customers in our Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, for coverage beginning July 1, 2017.   There are a few requirements for currently licensed agents before they can begin to sell.
