Often a client is scared to pull the trigger or may want to shop around before selecting a Medicare plan. Humana has made life easier on their agents. They just released is a consumer-driven enrollment process that allows prospects to complete an application themselves.  This new option allows the agent to go over the enrollment presentation, leave, and then email over the agent specific URL, giving the client the ability to self-enroll. This option does not take place of a face-to-face presentation, however, it does prevent the agent from having to go back over to the clients house a second time. Mandatory training is required to offer the personalized URL so log into www.humana.com and start today.
